1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ace67 ("Platform", "we", or "ace67") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). By using the ace67 website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these terms.

3. Account Verification

ace67 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This process ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) is essential to prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform.

The following documents may generally be required for verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A selfie or live photo verification
• Information related to the mobile banking account used for deposits or withdrawals

If verification is not completed, ace67 may place withdrawal requests on hold. Deposited funds will remain safe, but the withdrawal process will not begin until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions at ace67:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers at ace67 are subject to specific terms. The key rules regarding bonuses are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳18,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn after wagering 25 times the bonus amount. Example: For a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 (৳2,000 × 25) must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: If more than one bonus is active at the same time, ace67 will determine how they are applied.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus system abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Right to Modify: ace67 reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

Please keep the following in mind when playing games at ace67:

• Fair Play: ace67 uses licensed game software and a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.
• Disconnection: ace67 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device. However, the outcome will be determined based on the game state saved on the server.

7. Prohibited Activities

If any of the above activities are proven, ace67 may immediately suspend and close the account, cancel all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ace67 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process or providing false information
• Failure to submit requested documents within the specified timeframe
• Extended account inactivity (as per ace67 policy)
• The user requests account closure
• Submitting a self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming process

Any balance remaining at the time of account closure (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered mobile banking number, unless prohibited activity has been proven.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device
